Designed to assist EMS officers in solving the varied problems and situations they will be required to manage effectively in today’s evolving fire-based and third-service EMS systems. The curriculum includes the transition from clinician to supervisor; leadership and conflict resolution; personnel management and crew wellness; administrative compliance and community relations; and tactical incident command, including mass-casualty operations and inter-agency coordination. The textbook is included in the course.
